As well as the food, wines and service, we can organise bars, marquees, venues, theming, entertainment, team building. For larger numbers on family days we can add icecreams, candy floss, toffee apples, pop corn, crepes and chocolate fountains. Everything is planned in close consultation with our clients and our menus are individually matched to each occasion. We have worked for many national and international companies.

  Whether it's a theme, gourmet or a good old jumbo sausage and burgers barbie, just contact Oscars and leave it to us. We'll be more than happy to meet your requirements, but we won't compromise on the quality of our products. Our Fish, venison, chicken, beef or lamb can be spiced or marinated to your taste and served with a sauce of your choice.
  
  We haven't forgotten vegetarians, either. There are stuffed peppers, cutlets, bean burgers, vegetarian sausages, kebabs, roast seasoned vegetables and lots more - all accompanied by our selection of home-made salads.
  
• Alfresco stir fries Fajitas and chicken tikka are just two of the tasty dishes we prepare in the wok on site. Served in a tortilla or naan wrap, each portion comes with additional fillings such as onions, sour cream or tomato salsa. Or try our Chicken or Fish Paella.
